In Mistra Environmental communication we develop, test and design tools and methods for practice as one important means to foster sustainability transformations. In acknowledgement of the fact that the creation of tools typically takes away much of the nuances and critical outlook of research, our tools instead serve as guides for critical reflection and learning in practice. These include tools for dialogue and planning in collaborative governance, tools for co-creating knowledge, and tools that facilitate nature-based transformations.
