Bonusseminarium om hållbar matkonsumtion

Hur påverkar maten vi äter vår natur och omgivande livsmiljö? Och varför väljer vi som vi gör i livsmedelsbutiken? Ta chansen och fördjupa dina kunskaper tillsammans med två av Sveriges främsta experter i ämnet.

Deltar på seminariet gör två forskare med full koll på ämnet; Elin Röös och Fredrik Fernqvist som båda är verksamma vid Sveriges Lantbruksuniversitet.

Elin forskar om hur maten vi äter påverkar miljön. Hon är en flitigt anlitad föreläsare och har bland annat pratat i Sommar i P1 (2022). 2024 var Elin med och gav ut en rapport som sammanfattar det vetenskapliga kunskapsläget kring hållbar kost och matkonsumtion.

Fredrik forskar kring konsumentval och konsumentbeteenden. Tillsammans med tre andra forskare gav han 2024 ut en rapport om matval och konsumentbeteenden kopplat till olika hållbarhetsfrågor.

Under seminariet kommer Elin och Fredrik att presentera sin forskning och rapporterna. Och tillsammans med Hälsinglands Utbildningsförbund, Therese Trädgårdsmat och Mistra Miljökommunikation samtalar vi om miljö, matval och konsumentbeteenden.

Seminariet är det avslutande i en serie om lokal livsmedelsproduktion och civil beredskap i Hälsingland, och genomförs med stöd från Svenska Lantbruksveckans fond som verkar för att stödja de gröna näringarnas ställning i samhället.
